Up Sell by Getting Underneath

If you are going to up sell in the service department you may as well take a good look at the customer's car! Here in Delhi, the dealer puts the car on a ramp to look for opportunities for extra work before it comes into the workshop. As you can see from the images, the workshop was very busy during my visit, and all of this in 40 degrees of heat ! Not surprising then, that many of the day's tasks were Air Conditioning related.
